Heynckes return to Bayern, according to the status quo of the team made a new tactical creation. Two sets of tactical models are 4411 and 433 respectively. Now the first phase is 4411 of the tactical modules.(Heynckes回归拜仁后，根据球队现状进行了重新的战术打造。分别为4411与433两套战术模型。现在第一期先完成4411的战术模组。)

This is a set of emphasis on high pressure, middle attack, offensive and defensive balance of control tactics.(这是一套强调高位压迫、中路攻击、攻守平衡的控制型战术。)

It is also very suitable for the current Bayern lineup.I used this set to keep unbeaten in the season without initial transfers. Ball control rate 60%-70%.(它也非常适合现在的拜仁阵容。我使用这套阵型在禁止初始转会的情况下，赛季不败。控球率60%-70%。)

1、Heynckes stressed that as the first pressure points from striker. The striker is still a defensive forward , when attacking, serves as a fulcrum to give the center back pressure to drive his opponent's defensive attention; he is the first to oppress the player in defence.(海因克斯强调从前锋作为第一个压迫点。前锋依旧作为一名防守型前锋，在进攻时，作为支点给予中后卫压力，带动对方防守注意力；在防守时，他是第一个压迫发起者。)

2、Compared with the tactics of the Heynckes three championship, the team no longer uses the ball control type 10 player.
