Wieldable Lantern Lantern Replacer

Replaces all useless lanterns in the game with wieldable lanterns, and also adds crafting of lanterns.

Two different quality lanterns and three colored magic lanterns are now craft-able, recipes can be found at general store vendors at all major cities.
Lower quality is easier to make but has a shorter lit range, doesn't last as long, and the brightness is pretty inconsistent.
They are crafted at a forge.

Changelog:

Updated to be the same as my main mod, except replaces clutter lanterns that can be found throughout Skyrim with ready to be used lanterns (except for static lanterns for reasons).

Fix bug of not being able to equip the lantern.

1. Give lanterns to guards.

2. Improve the asthetics and further funtionality of the lantern.
