wait I never knew you could add hats to runners. Hopefully a future mod will have runners in norml hats like dad hats or beanies

Firstly No. You're not allowed. Secondly, If the nazi mod alters the model rather than just the texture, you can not.

Afraid not. Like most common infected model edits.
I might get around to implementing it, but for now I gotta move on to the rest of the set. :)
