EAF 1914

Era Appropriate Flags mini-mod, it gives era appropriate flags for many of the alternate governments (Fascist and Communist) on most of the major powers and many of the secondary powers.

The reason for replacing many of the flags was that they either were based on Swastika or Hammer and Sickle, which were not yet widely associated with their respective movements yet. Some were not very creative, like fascist America and Authoritarian Canada just being recolored flags of Scandinavian countries, or the parties the flags were based on didn't even exist during this time and wouldn't exist until during or after WW2.

I also replaced the flag of Mexico to match the one used in 1914, democratic Mexico gets the 1916 flag.
