It's still being tweaked so bare with me. Was supposed to be friends only for now, damnit! Oh well!


If props don't appear let me know!


Edit: Added used assets and added temporary pictures.

Edit3: Added small tree planters to the assets list (missed them off).

Edit4: Added better pictures, tweaked prop placement a little.

Made a few prop tweaks & changes, changed the nightlights so it's a little more subtle at night.


Ronyx69/Boformer - "Decal Prop Fix" - Only needed if you want to use the "Small Tree Planters" assets, otherwise they will appear far bigger than they are supposed to be.

Non, However you can choose to download those i've listed, but you don't need them.

To view this building quickly to see whether you like it or not, either view it in the Asset Editor, or you can place it in game using the "Find It" Mod located here: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=837734529, just make sure to place the correct zone type beforehand, and be aware that if you don't have a high enough Land Value in the area you place it, it will eventually be abandoned, but it's good enough for testing with!



*Please note the stats are from opening the model up in Blender, so they may have originally been a tad bit higher or lower than stated, i believe it has something to do with Unity.

**Ouch! I plan on trying to lower this in the future, if i have the time and manage to improve my use of Blender.
