I cant beat this disease on Normal. There is no abilities to counter the cure. You have to make some.

lot's of option's to infect the world,you can end the game ether peacefully or genocide and very creative monster's girl's 10/10

There's an option you can evolve to achieve peaceful victory. Infecting everyone is a requirement, but you also need this ability.

I had the evolution before 100% infection, and the cure was only ~30 sec after 100% infection, so maybe that had something to do with it? but I definitely had the evo & 100% and still lost

Insane_Insomniac4 That's strange. I tested the win-conditions throughly when it came out, and no-one reported any problems like that thus far. Maybe a game update messed up the disease?

I got the game win evolution for human interbreeding AND infected the whole world...and research continued irregardless and I still lost in the end

You can have non-lethal dullahans, you can get lethality-reducing types from other sources, which work like peace-keepers, making the more dangerous monsters girls less dangerous.
