Atickets : Simple admin ticket/popups system

Hi,

If you are here, it's probably because you are interested by a ticket system for your server.

There is a bunch of others admins tickets, but they have a few issues. Either you need to open a window to see the players messages, they have issues and/or are paid addons.

We could'nt find something pleasing for our server so I decided to make my own. I decided that instead of having something only for us, why not help other servers ?

I present you Atickets, Simple admin ticket/popups system.

How it works :
When players send a message starting with /// a ticket/popup will appear on the screen of every admins, presenting you with 4 commands, Goto, Teleport, Return and Spectate. If the player sends multiple messages, they will all be in the same ticket. When an admin clicks on one of these commands, the ticket become green for him so he can keep the player messages, while the ticket is removed from every other admin screen. Once the problem is dealt with, the admin that took it can just close it and go to the next.
If a ticket is closed without using the commands, it gets removed from every admin screen.
When a player disconnects, his ticket is automatically removed from every admin screen.
If an admin want to play without being disturbed, he can use the !tickets command to hide the tickets. He can reuse it again to make them show again.
That's pretty simple right ?
TL;DR : Players sends tickets with ///, admins takes by using one of the commands and close it when done.

I made this in something like 8 hours in the course of two days. I tested it a bit but not extensively. If you find a bug please report so I can hopefully fix it.

The Goto, Teleport and Return commands require ULX to work. By default the Spectate command requires FSpectate to work (FSpectate is included within DarkRP). This can be changed in sh_atickets_config.lua if you extract the addon to use ULX spectate instead.
