I set out to create a simple robot that would use lasers for guidance.

1. By default moves to loading dock
2. rotates arm at half way point
3. At loading dock waits for 0.5 seconds before reversing
4. At loading dock moves lift 100mm
5. At off-loading dock, resets reversing logic
6. At off-loading dock, resets lift

I hoped it could have been simpler, but the reversing required a bit more gating than I realized before I set out to do this. The reversing of the engines also meant I had to reverse the steering logic. Hence the rather heavy conditional additioning (pink wiring shows the wiring for reversing).

Works 100% 50% of the time! The slight wobble makes the pellets hit the rail at times. The bars over the pellet hold the cargo in place when the arm rotates.
