By default this asset is a growable high density level 3 commercial 4x4 building. The [RICO] tag is only relevant if you use the RICO mod .

The futuristic commercial node in the network of a city of tomorrow. Don't forget to rest and relax on numerous decks.

- Main Tris: 812, 1024x1024
- LOD Tris: 89, 128x128
- Maps: Diffuse, Normal, Specular, Illumination, Color, Alpha

Hello EnDSchultz, thank you. RL is keeping me busy, i plan to do more when i can but until now i am only able to maintain what i have. Currently for me everything works fine. They load and i can place them using RICO. Do you have problems with other assets? Because there is nothing special regarding my assets and the interaction with the game or RICO. Do you have any errors (e.g. with Loading Screen Mod) or do they just don't appear ingame?

Love these assets. Just a note (don't expect you to come back and fix it), they seem to break and fail to load now with Ploppable RICO.

They all are growables by default and will spawn in their respective category, lot size and level. Every title specifies this. E.g. the H3 4x4 Commercial Hive One means:

H: high density
3: level 3
4x4 lot size
commercial

They will not spawn only if you use RICO. And with RICO they have the same stats as vanilla buildings with the same category, lot size and level.
