River Bridge

A river crossing on the outskirts of a High Elf vortex ritual site. Bridge is wide enough for a few units to stand side by side.

I made this map because there are literally no other single bridge maps available for WH1 or WH2. When I first installed WH1 one of the first things I did was look for a chokepoint map. I was frustrated when playing on campaign and getting into a fight while standing on a bridge. The battlemap would load and it would always be a flat open battlefield when I clearly had the advantage by holding a bridge chokepoint.

I plan on adding more decorations to the bridge. It currently looks bare because the first tries I made at making a bridge caused pathing issues with the AI, also it caused obstruction issues with artillery.

I was also planning on adding more VFX to the Ritual castle in the backround.

Another thing I was considering adding is a forest on the rear lines of both armies so the enemy army would have the option of deploying vanguard units before the game started.
