Last year I redid the Pain Pills and Pipebomb in Left 4 Dead 2. After many requests, here is the Adrenaline remake.

You can find a real-time comparison of the original model vs this mod on ArtStation[www.artstation.com].

Most definetly because the model isn't the same anymore so the bones and rigs don't match the other addon, for now it seems you can only pick one of the two.
