Working Ladder Truck

Based of europeans ladder trucks, you can now operate the ladder from seat 2 (F2) like you operate the tank turrent. You can sit on the 3 seats the truck offers and use the siren which is a french 2 tone siren. All siren lights are blue as it's based on europeans fire trucks.

The ladder and its base got box colliders so you can easily climb on them to climb up the ladder. Attention : the whole ladder is solid, so you could hit walls for exemple while moving it and reverse the truck so take care.

At the moment, I haven't test it yet in multiplayer so I don't exactly know if it works properly. Let me know if you enconter problems.
