Hold the drop button for an extra second to drop your current active item as well. This mechanic is not tied to an item or trinket.

A "sketch" mod developed for sym.
Idea by sym.

doesnt work for other players in multiplayer

with Damocles it spawns a extra item

It works perfectly on repentance

But I've lost my active items while using jacob and esau so many times by rerolling them accidentally xD
Maybe you could change the key to select+r2 or let us choose with a mod config asset

This is the passive ability to drop your active item at any time, not only upon use, and it was made for a specific person. It's only on here as a method of distribution.
