Wanna some healthy stuff? Here it is! A brand new one-use active Item for shops — Broccoli. It can do two things upon use:

1. If you have at least one extra life (Guppy's Collar doesn't count), you die... BUT, after reviving, you get all health you had before death!
2. If you have no extra lives, you just get 2 heart containers with half of a heart.

Bugs:
(Yeah, such a simple mod has bugs)
Azazel and ??? have strange interaction with soul and black hearts: for some reason, after reviving, if they had at least one black heart, all previous soul hearts becomes black. ??? also can get additional black hearts.

I will try to fix it, but I'd appreciate any help. Despite that, enjoy!
