Adds a brand new trinket to the game!

While held, every time player takes damage, player has 50% chance to spawn a red fire.

@Stewartisme Thanks :) And it doesn't have any synergies yet (only mom's box spawning) but I can try to make tammy's head synergy :)

Pretty cool. Does it have a mom's box synergy? 4 direction or tammy's head style shots would be good for it.
