Kanae (Akatsuki Blitzkampf) / 鼎二尉 (アカツキ電光戦記)

With the recent addition of Akatsuki on the workshop, the resident grappler lady from the game seemed like a pretty appropriate creation to put into this game, so I figured I might as well.

Movesets from ABK are a bit tricky to work with in this game, but she retains a lot of her tossing, slamming and stomping from the game, and her AI emulates a couple of her anti-air throw chains (to the best of my ability, anyway...)

Her outfits are:

- Default (primary)
- Perfektewelt default (2P)
- Ending palette, w/o hat (3P)
- Original palette, w/o hat (4P)
