Update Nov 10th: Removed workshop fence, replaced with Snowfall's Reindeer fence (less subscriptions for you!).

This was inspired by the original Christmas Tree Lot made last year by SJ Sharkie. Many thanks for the sign, the special short pine tree, and the inspiring idea! Here is Sharkie's Christmas tree lot: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=825485454

There are slight differences between the two, choose whichever you like, or use both for more variety in your town! Sharkie's has some different decoration items

This lot's specifics are:

- Requires Snowfall DLC
- Uses a new workshop fence that conforms to terrain
- 2x2 Circular lot, does not flatten terrain, so that it looks nice on snowy inclines
- Cims gather in the center while they look at trees :)
- Very small, short range park effect, see image for park stats.

CHRISTMAS VILLAGE SERIES

This is the first item of the Christmas Village series, which will have a mountainous seaside map, a city save, and little bits and baubles like this item! If you're making some winter or holiday items and want to have it included in the project, let me know!

Updated, to lighten the load on our game, replaced workshop fence with reindeer fence included in Snowfall default items.

Я не планирую делать коммерческую версию. Этот парк по-прежнему хорош для ваших коммерческих зон. Вы можете разместить этот парк рядом с коммерческим зданием, и это сделает коммерческие здания рядом с ним увеличивать стоимость :) I hope that is understandable. Google translate :D

So I have to publsh this stuff first, THEN use it in my city. A bit backwards, but that's how it works.

Heresy, I know, but f you want to publish a city save to share with others, it has to include only published workshop items. Otherwise you'll all have a blank lot where this park should be
