Oh hey, another really small office building.

Although this one, unlike the Sparrow Suites, doesn't look as weird. However, if your little city in the country needs a skyline other than a grain elevator or a radio tower, this might give it a bit of help. It can hold about two companies in it, so I suspect people like notaries, secretaries, loan offices, and print shops are going to use this place the most. It's cheap after all...
