I'm pretty sure he's fictional. The only post I found addressing his origin was also listing a few fictional characters. No idea if he was like a mascot or made by one of the editors or a member of the magazine staff or a contest or what, but.... yeah, looks like he was an intentionally low-key fictional character.
I saw exactly ONE mention of him as part of a news blurb referring to a Dorimaga wrestling league called "GWP" but it didn't go into detail, didn't mention him in the article itself, and I can't find anything else on GWP.
When I did a translation with an app, I got "windmill; wind, air, style, manner" for the name, which I assumed was wrong, but I guess not. For the nickname, I got "phosphorous, to burn, to get fired up" which could just be a reference to Fire Pro.
I don't think it will help but the other people in the pack were: Randy Couture, Mark Coleman, Akira Shoji, Steve Wright, Barry Windham (possibly), Wolf from Virtua Fighter, Valentijn Overeem, Vanderlei Da Silva. and a mystery video game or anime character.
I'll see if I can find any other message board posts about this guy, I have no idea how to navigate these 2ch archives.
(The other one was a mention in a news article from 2004 about Yuke's "Online Pro Wrestling", which doesn't check out in the timeline.)
I don't know if that helps, but it DOES make me lean towards either a fictional edit or someone HOPELESSLY obscure (like a go-nowhere Inoki prospect or something)
