The Elder Scrolls : Tamriel

Like the most Diplomacy maps its up to you, pick the civ you like!

Notes:
- Population limit should be 500
- the start location is in Cyrodiil (in the middle of the map) -> maybe its faster if your villagers walk
- every player starts with : 1000 food/wood/gold and 800 stone
- the continent is surrounded by water, it's possible to travel completely around -> only Solstheim and the Summerset isles arent completely sorrounded by the sea
