Alagaesia - Eragon

描述
A very detailed, accurate kingmaker map based off the Eragon series. Includes Carvahall, Spine Mountain, Gil'ead, Hadarac Desert, Du Weldenvarden, The Burning Plains, Beor Mountain, Farthen Dur, Surda and plenty of other towns. For an EASY gameplay, play as the center stronghold (Gil'ead) or the northern city (Du Weldenvarden). For HARD, play the southern city (Surda). For a CHALLENGE that even the AI has trouble with, play the volcano city (Farthern Dur). For the best experience with this map, I highly recommend the AI and you to start off as a Freeman.

There is a better version that includes Snow Tiles, but I am unable to upload the dds file through Steam Workshop. The map with snow can be found at this link: http://stronghold2.heavengames.com/downloads/showfile.php?fileid=1552

Tips: The gameplay of this map is different than the usual stronghold maps. Everything is already built. If you're starting as a Freeman as instructed, the goal is to build an army, purchase/capture the numerous estates, and balance your stockpile/gold by market usage. In the harder cities, you may be limited to only mercenaries or require selling excess supplies for food. Personally, I limit my archer/axe thrower units for a greater challenge.

Check out my other two epic maps, Earth Kingdom, from the Avatar TV show, and Falador, from Runescape.

Good job!
As my favourite book series, I am glad to see that Alagaesia has been built in SH2, one of my favourite games.

Atra Esterní ono thelduin. This is a good map to play. It makes fun to play as "Galbatorix" or as Surda.
