If you want to make it completely dark, use the GMod Light/Environment Editor. Once installed. You look for it in entities, then editors, it's black with a lightbulb and you can change the lighting completely, except the orange circle will always stay the same no matter what, you can not delete it. Or if you want the normal lighting, install the map retexturizer and look for a completely black square to make everything black that you click, but the lighting won't change.
