How do you get those parking spots in the screenshots you have? The only ones I see in game are ugly interestection looking like parking

I use this building and my employees complain about noise everytime. Everymonth I have to accept their raise demand... It's quite annoying.

How do people do such amazing buildings? I can only make interior good but outside... not really...
