Although probably without any bugs, I still call this mod a test version, an update of my other overhaul of traits, houses, ancs, ranks, council / senate meetings etc.

Same text bug here as in previous version: in a_ancillaries.loc, two "veteran barbarian guard" entries are erroneously assigned the "veteran desert guard" text.
