The turret on the car?
Do you mean this mod is breaking that mission somehow? It's always played flawlessly for me. I think it's one of your other mods.
Or if you're asking if adding this mod would fix whatever is wrong with that mission, I doubt it. I'd suggest using a binary search to find the problem mod.

Maybe with Encounter List Cleaner. I wouldn't recommend dropping enemy mods mid-playthrough. Missions are created before they're shown on the geoscape and if the enemies aren't defined when the mission's launched you can crash.
Something like Template.IconImage = "img:///UILibrary_PerkIcons.UIPerk_muton_punch"; would do the trick imo. Very very minor fix hehe
