Lustrian Atoyatl Xolal (Wakes Mod)

"Atoyatl Xolal" Is Nahuatl, the language of the Mesoamerican peoples that inspired the Lizardmen, for River Land. This map is a representation of Lustrian jungle. Specifically a river valley, I have included major sections of Ruins, Swamps, Cliffs, River, and Jungle. The map has a very vague symmetry in that the central river spilts the map laterally, a swamp on each end Hiills to either side and ruins in the middle. However the map was designed with realistic geographical features in mind so there is much asymmetry.

This map is EXTREMELY cpu heavy, this is DENSE jungle, with lots of VFX on the biggest map we can have. Keep this in mind.

In addition because of the propensity of forests on the map any team with alot of skirmish or forest favouring units might have a slight advantage on this map. Whereas for instance skinks in the Vanilla game get bonuses for shallow water which there is a great amount of on this map. If you have alot of skinks keep to the swamps.


This map was made primarily for and in conjunction with my mod Wakes Realism.
However it should also be included in the GCCM that is doing a great job for the community.
