THIS IS AN OLD AND OUT-DATED ASSET. IT WILL NO LONGER BE MAINTAINED, SO PLEASE USE MY NEW ONE FOUND HERE!

Red Roof Inn is a chain of American hotels and motels, with over 500 locations within America. Locations are distinguished by red roofs as per their name. This model was based on many different locations in New York, North Carolina, Ohio, and Tennessee.

This asset contains the main hotel building and two sign props (one being a high-rise sign and one being much smaller) that can be freely placed.

@redvirusexe i used a unique building as a template but i ment to change the requirements, i do update this as soon as i can :)

I don't know why it's a locked content after I downloaded it. Requires 5000 squares of leisure specialization built to unlock it. Can you remove this requirement?
