I can't ever seem to capture the liege even though the liege is at court, is this intentional?

great mod very uselfull to make large amounts of money with ransom and to genocide entire families :)

It increases the chance to capture someone if they are in a castle/city/church/tribe/nomad capital you just sieged. Especially useful for capturing queens and child rulers.
