Even with instructions online and yours, I still can't figure it out. I'm not asking for you to do it for me, I'm just saying that I'm not able to, which is pretty annoying. Sorry that I wasn't able to figure it out even with the info you've given me.

Step 1. Find the addon file(should be inside the l4d2 folder, if ya dont kno which one is this, resubscribe this and use 'list from the latest file')
Step 2. Unpack it with crowbar tool
Step 3. Find and edit the vtf file, google a converter to make it into png or jpg, photoshop cant edit vtf directly
Step 4. Pack the folder again with crowbar tool, before that, editing addoninfo file is good too

Only crowbar.exe tool and photoshop is needed

I know this comment is really late, but do you think by any chance you could make just a plain black crowbar in a similar style to this one?
