The Isle of Anguish

Once you enter the Ampitheater of Khaine, the only way out is by spilling blood. The Isle of Anguish is a island shrouded in sorcery, revealing itself only to the bloodthirsty. Those knowledgeable about its existence often take prisoners and slaves to be sacrificed at the Isle in vicious, gory combat.
