Less Replenishment (-40%)

描述
Some of the older Total war veterans may remember the times, where the replenishment of units was a bit slower and organizing forces therfor a bit more difficult than today.

This is a very simple and small mod that reduces the replenishment rates of all units (Player + AI) by ~40%. The aim is to create a more realistic atmosphere - the loss of men/elves/lizards/skaven/dwarfs/orcs will have much more impact. Recruiting new units, garrison units to replenish faster and merge units will get more important.

You can also use these versions:
-60% Replenishment
-25% Replenishment
If there is interest I can also create a Hardcore version with no replenishment at all.

Example
The replenishment of a nearly destroyed unit will take between 8 and 15 turns, depending on wether it is garrisoned or in a friendly province or only a friendly region (and of course it depends on your replenishment effects). With high skilled generals in late game and in garrison stance it will take some turns.

thank you so much for this mod, it has made my campaign so much more enjoyable. Is there any chance you would be willing to make a variant that only affects the player? I want to replicate the dying race feel of the high elves where you cant match the numbers of your enemy.

These mods are absolutley amazing. The difference they make is ridicoulous. and while i miss Rome total war (1) option to restock units for a cost, its still freaking worth it to have battles matter.

Seriously this mod makes a bigger difference to me then SFO. Thank you for putting in the time to make this. <3

Once ive gotten my first real salary (fresh out of Uni) ill take a look at making atleast a minor donation.

@Tetoa, just a question.
This mod allows me to replenish at 60% speed ? or 40% speed?

if using the -60% replenishment mod, then that means that units are replenishing at a speed of 40%. ???
