i fixed the issue by changing

models/plet/shared/green2 to models/plet/shared/painted_silver in

materials\models\plet\residentevil7\vehicle\dodge

car texture appear to be broken and turn green, checked the texture in the files and it seems fine but ingame its green only with this model
