They should have, sometimes the game glitches and sounds stop working. I've had that issue too but it seems to fix itself in some point.

This has nothing to do with this mod but your Finnish hopper wagons dont have a sound while travelling along the track compared to the stake car (allthough this might be the mods im running that causing this).
