It's technically feasible to make a interchange you mentioned, but such interchange is unnecessary because you can simply connnect a FWY-to-FWY interchange with the road directly. I guess you won't do so because the connection between 3-lane freeway and 6-lane two-way road may look bad. This problem can be solved, however. One approach is to use wider road instead of normal 6-lane road (of course you need Fine Road Anarchy or Sharp Junction Angles).
The problem can also be solved if the interchange uses two-lanes freeway instead of three-lanes freeway. (should I make one?)
There are two versions of freeway-to-road cloverleaf interchange I can image. The first interchange uses one-way road but has similar problem mentioned above. The other one uses two-way road but requires TMPE (thus it is more complicated). I don't know which one do you prefer, but in my opinion neither of them is very good.
@never_forget01 You're welcome :)
