Throughout his life, Mr. Monopoly has invested in many corporations, some worked for the sake of the human race, and some worked in secret to develop the tools to destroy it.

Fear is one of these tools. A normal death-row inmate turned into a monster. Fear is Community Chest's secret weapon, a near unstoppable beast who answers to nobody, besides Mr. Monopoly.

Fear has four attires, somewhat passable AI and full moveset.
