bruh you can get the flechette gun with ep2 installed without the addon. whats the point of adding that?

Hey, to anyone that doesn't have HL2 Episode 2.
I recently got an add-on called Combine Radio Chatter.
Well, I don't own Episode 2, because I already have it on console.
But anyway, one of the NPCs was a Hunter from Episode 2, and I was able to spawn it and have it run perfectly.
And I noticed in Parakeet's Episodic Pill Pack, I was able to use the Hunter there, but I wasn't able to before.
So it seems I got the Hunter files from the Radio Chatter add-on despite not having Episode 2.
Now the Flechette things are from the Hunter, as they shoot them.
So maybe if you have the Radio Chatter add-on, maybe you don't need Episode 2 in order to use the Flechette gun.
