ttt_exploding_parrot

This is a modifcation of the ttt_homing_pigeon for use in the Turtle TTT server. The model is edited to look like a parrot instead of the orginal pigeon. This addon also contains some server content.

Known bugs:
Sometimes after thowing the parrot, the model can get attached to the traitors body.
