Fire Emblem: Fates Reborn- Sumeragi of Hoshido

This mod, along with its counterpart, is part of a collective effort by most Civ 5 Fire Emblem modders to create the most creative or different FE Civs out there, and balance them to their other work as well.
As the title suggests, this mod adds the Kingdom of Hoshido from Intelligent System’s Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright to the base game of Sid Meiers Civilization V.
The actual programming, diplomacy responses and art for Mikoto and Sumeragi are done by me, Kaizoku_Panic, but every other aspect of the civ in terms of uniques and UA has been widely discussed within our private Discord group.
With that discussed, let’s get into the meat of this mod:

CIVILIZATION: HOSHIDO
LEADER: Sumeragi
UA: HOSHIDAN BIRTHRIGHT
+25% happiness on population, double tourism output in Golden Ages, which also last 25% longer.

UU: NINJA
Excellent at exploring, this Unit is not slowed by rough terrain. While its melee is weak, it possess a decent ranged attack and has stealth. Kills yield tourism.

UA: SAKURA GARDEN
The Sakura Garden increases a civilization's Happiness and tourism, furthermore, grants one Great Artist slot. Must be built next to a River or Lake.

STRATEGY:
Sumeragi is more war focused than his wife. Where the Queen Consort focuses more on growth and expanding culture in that way, the High King of Hoshido can build a very strong affordable UU right off the start of the game which can also get his tourism going and has an UA that not only rewards him from expansion, but also rewards a good balance between military affairs and happiness.
