The negative mood modifier. Sets all the mood modifiers to 0 instead of -2 through -14 or something like that, for wearing clothing off a dead dude. Because who cares, throw that in the washer and you're golden. Basically if you wear 1 or more pieces of clothing a dead person was wearing, there will be no negative moods. It doesn't change anything else, so if a mod or another game element adds effects based on the mood effect being present, then those will still trigger, as all this mod does is make the negative mood value to 0.
