Essentially an asset swap of the TTT Time Stop addon. This version stops time for 4 seconds instead of nine, to balance it a bit. The sounds are replaced by the Dishonored sounds and the GUI picture is also changed. It still freezes physics and blinds and freezes players for 4 seconds.
To affect bullets, you will need a Physical Bullets mod.
