描述
Growable low density commercial. Completely retextured CS building with its own props and logos. Made to look like a higher-end dealership with dark grey and red accents and an interior visible day and night.

LEVEL 3 LOW-DENSITY COMMERCIAL: this means nothing will replace these. Once your commercial reaches level 3, these will start spawning and not be replaced unless abandoned.

Yes, I would have made it with the new glass modeling, but that's far beyond my abilites. If you make one that we can put prop cars into, please leave us a message below!!

That's quite true, actually. There's a reason for it: with growable buildings, the max size you can get is a 4x4 square lot, so it takes a lot of squishing.
You'll undoubtedly love SvenBerlin's series of large car dealerships. You can use them either with RICO mod, or you can use them without mods as a unique building. Nice building! Although I think it's a bit small when you compare the building with the size of cars... Maybe you could make a larger version as well. One for the small towns and one for the big cities perhaps? Great job anyway!
