Hello!

SUBSCRIBE TO THE PROPS FOR CORRECT WORK

I made random building from Monaco. The original building is a cardealer on one of the streets.
Please use it with RICO mod. Without RICO it's unique building with default parameters without workplaces and homes.

In game:
- high level commercial;
- $49K;
- custom lod;
- 10 workplaces;
- after dark;
- rotor shader glass.

what is the reason against making it growable?
and please switch out the Laferrari vehicle, it is rather poor, when user CityofTokyo has made one true to the original in both prop and vehicle versions

Your creations are absolutely amazing with immense detailing and a superb artistic touch. It would be great to create them as growable Residentials and Commercials though to be able to use them in a theme!
