Hadley Manor

描述
****REQUIRES HEARTHFIRE and UPDATE 1.8.151.0 or greater****


Hadley Manor is a purchasable player house located in the Whiterun Hold directly across from Battle-Born Farm. To purchase the property see Angelet in Riverwood at the Sleeping Giant Inn. Purchase price is 45,000. If you aren't getting the dialogue to purchase the house move the mod up in the load order.
(Quest voiced in English)

The main house includes:
- Fully stocked kitchen with oven, cooking pot, butter churn, and mead barrel.
- Trophy and armory with numerous mannequins, weapon racks, and trophy bases.
- Balcony library
- Alchemy and enchanting lab
- 3 bedrooms including the master suite
- All 9 shrines of the divines
- Plenty of storage

Exterior includes
- Blacksmithing
- Plantable garden and planters
- Aviary
- Grain mill
- 2 chickens
- Cow
- Stable
- Ore veins
- Wood chopping block

Servant’s house
Home of Espan Popelina and wife Angelet. Espan guards the Manor exterior and can be your follower while Lynet is your on-site 24/7 merchant with a generous purse.

NOTES:
*In order for your spouse and/or children to live here you will need another mod. Such as Spouses Can Live Everywhere http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/11370 or Custom Family Home, by VitchRazor

Change log:
1. Changed cover picture
2. Added more storage in the storage room.
3. Cleaned with TES5Edit. Hopefully this will fix crashing for some players.
4. Added door and deco on front balcony. Added jar with extra house keys beside the inside right front door. Please do not store other items in the jar! If you lose your key to the house open the console and type coc 01hadleymanor to retrieve a key from the jar. To open the console type ~

Excuse me I'm having a problem.. I visited the manor twice already but the quest doesn't remove itself or say it's completed.

Very Nice Mod - beautiful interior - well planned and in most cases followed thru - however I had open gaps in upstairs floors - and in some areas no floors at all.... :(

I just went through your mod....It's pretty cool...great job on it....only thing is..the merchant woman has a grey face and the guy....or guard,..doesn't do anything...they were both in the servents house.....but this mod is a keeper....great job....peace

Hi Ricslady. I still have your mod. Although I have moved, I kept it and it's now the main terminal for Whiterun Dragonport. Very cool to bank left and land on the runway just to the northeast and watch the manor go by while landing. This mod will forever be one of my favorites. Thanks. Johnnyck.

if there is a fix for wandering maniqens and quest completion, this would be one of few best home mods I have tied out in a long time. Keep up the good work.thanks poppadon.

No matter what I do Angelet wont offer me the property. I closed several other mods and moved this one to the top, and she still wont offer it.

Beautiful house,great size,only two small issues: wandering manequin upstairs,and weapon rack in trophy room works upside down.

Great house and great location. This is now my headquarters for all my Skyrim adventures. I really would like to live here and fish all day.
