Straight out of Riley's head is Joy, the emotion for happiness. This was requested by Mr. Frogo.
An odd choice, but whatever. Personally, I think she fits the "positive" survivors better (A.K.A: Ellis and/or Louis), but it was the survivor they wanted her over, and it wasn't as out-of-character/unfitting as Spongebob over Nick, not to mention people would complain that it's over a male slot, so here we are.
She glows in the dark, because she does in the movie.
