British Seaside Townhouse Set 1

A set of five high density residential townhouses, 1X2 level 1 through to 5, with gardens than can expand up to 1X4. Based on regency style townhouses common in towns such as Brighton, Worthing and Eastbourne.

Uses randomised props so each house looks a bit different.

Make sure you subscribe to my walls and fences pack otherwise the gardens won't have any fences around them.

Level one is a basic regency townhouse, level two gains a balcony, level three gets a roof extension, level four gets a roof over the balcony and a conservatory, level five gets a converted top floor.

All have custom LODs and night lighting. 619 to 876 triangles depending on level, LODs are 26 to 51 triangles depending on level.
