Effect:
Must be used in the starting room of the floor. If used out of combat on another normal room, teleports player to starting room without using charge.
When activated, the player is given a choice of two negative effects and two positive effects. The player picks one negative effect and one positive effect, and a new item is created with both of those. Positive effects are stronger than their negative counterparts, so the item is usually an improvement overall.
You don't have to pick up the items you create, so if you get choices of effects you don't like, you can just ignore the created item and make a new one later.

These are the effects that created items can have:
-Speed Up/Down
-Luck Up/Down
-Tears Up/Down
-Shot Speed Up/Down
-Range Up/Down
-Damage Up/Down
-Health Up/Down
