Supports RF (reef), GS climate system (notably river flooding) and NFP (Ley lines).

NOTE: disable this map when playing other maps

@bmrigs There is now a standard size map.

@"dat BOI HAZ memes" The std map includes more of Pakistan and SA in general.

Though this introduces a problem. The Civ VI algorithm for river generation doesn't always produce rivers that flow properly, so is sometimes plagued with "hidden river bug" like Inland Sea.

@bmrigs The map sizes are replicated across the series. Australia has tiny & standard. IMO South Asia will be the same. I want to play test the tiny map before adding a larger one.
