Hey guys!
This is the my reskin for shogun 2
I changed the look of all heroes, foot soldiers, cavalry, Matchlock and Generals.
This reskin has a system, like the commander of a normal katana troop look like a man in the hero troop. The command of a troop looks always better!

Bugs:
This mod touches the Uniform_Tables so you can get the archer sound bug! Use semporia semplice tool to fix that problem! http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?p=12073038
Generals only reskin if you start a battle in a campaign, i do not know how to change the display on a new campaign selecting menu.

@AstartesTV i did check on that mod but i though initially that it was a submod of sorts for the hero / legendary units. But your saying is the same as this, but better?

@RECKLE$$ hi thanks very much for your feedback! i thnik it was not possible to make the shimazu samurai look different from the normal katana samurai. but i am not realy sure, sadly i stoped modding on shogun 2

an absolute first class reskin one of the best ive seen across all the series. One addition i would have made would be to give each factions special e.g shimazu katana samurai a more distinguished look

The (The Shogun's Samurai Elite - An elite reskin mod.) is one of the sub mods you can try to ask him for his help in your projekt i sadly don't have the time anymore and dont know more how to mod shogun its to long ago

like someone else, i'm happy to allow you to create a sub mod of my mod. as soon as you subscribe to my mod you already have it on your pc and can edit it.
there is only the rule to point out that the original mod belongs to me and to link it.
I can recommend you to look at a tutorial on how to created a custom unit, you can transfer a lot of it. I wish you a lot of success, please let me know when your work is finished.
