Lower Build Cost (Buildings)

This decreases the construction cost of all buildings. Allowing you to build buildings quicker. Feel free to give a suggestion to make this mod better, and to rate this on whether you enjoyed it or not.

About Mod:
This decreases the cost of All buildings to 2/3rds of it's original cost. Allowing you to gain the necessary infrastructure to build a sustainable army, airforce, or navy a lot sooner. Especially for smaller countries that barely have any to begin with. This is not meant to break the gameplay.

• Railway
• Supply nodes

Notes:
This applies to the A.I. as well.
