Lower Artillery Build Cost

This decreases the build/production cost of artillery equipment. Letting you allocate more factories to other important productions like airplanes or motorized vehicles. Feel free to give a suggestion to make this mod better, and to rate this on whether you enjoyed it or not.

About Mod:
This decreases the cost of all artillery types to 2/3rds of it's original cost. Allowing you to set more towards other important parts of a military, so you can set more to building planes, cars, and so on. This makes gaining a varied military more likely as you don't send a ton of your factories to build just artillery. Especially for smaller countries that barely have any to begin with. This is not meant to break the gameplay.

• Artillery
• Anti-Tank Artillery
• Anti-Air Artillery
• Rocket Artillery
• Motorized Artillery

Notes:
This applies to the A.I. as well.
Still works in 1.16
